As the age progresses, the eyelids lose their elasticity and create a tired appearance. In this case, the eyes appear smaller. Nowadays eyelid surgeries are performed to restore the eyelids and eyes to a youthful appearance. With this surgery, excess skin is removed and the oily area is balanced and the area is stretched. The sutures are aligned with the eyelid folds so that incision scars are not visible. Eyelid aesthetics can be performed with local and general anesthesia. In our clinical practice, it is one of the operations we frequently perform together with rhinoplasty.
